Fulfilling our vision for the ETS sector in England's Northwest will create jobs and wealth while protecting and enhancing the environment more cost-effectively than can be achieved through conventional methods but Envirolink Northwest would not be able to deliver its vision for the sector and the region without the continuing support of the Northwest Regional Development Agency and of the energy and environmental technologies & services companies in the region.
