R&D Funding
The European Union supports collaborative R&D through its Framework Pragramme. FP7 will run for 7 years from January 2007 and has a budget of more than €50 billion devoted to individuals and organisations to undertake R&D. Frameworks NW is a free support service funded by NWDA to help organisations across the region access European funding for Collaborative Research through the European Framework Programmes.
